How do I get my credential?

Present your saved QR code to the NASCAR Credentials Pickup office (see map) to receive your physical Garage Access Pass that must be worn on site at all times.

Credentials are picked up at the NASCAR Credential Trailer or Building near the track. See site map and directions.

The exact location and hours will be listed at the top of this guide for your race weekend.

When you arrive:

• Go directly to the credential trailer
• Have your QR code ready
• NASCAR staff will scan it and issue your VIP credential </aside>

What does my credential include?

Your credential provides access to:

• The garage area
• Pit road (as permitted)
• Designated team or partner areas

Credentials do not include grandstand seating unless you've been told otherwise.

All credentials are non-transferable.

When should I arrive at the track?

Plan to arrive at least 60–90 minutes before your first scheduled activity (meet & greet, garage access, etc.).

This allows time for:

• Credential pickup and parking
• Walking to the correct location
• Security and entry procedures

How much walking should I expect?

Quite a bit. Race weekends involve a lot of walking, often on pavement or uneven surfaces.

We recommend:

• Comfortable, broken-in shoes
• Weather-appropriate clothing
• A hat and sunscreen for outdoor races </aside>

What items are not allowed?

For safety reasons:

• No coolers
• No outside alcohol
• Bags may be subject to inspection

Guest experiences may include:

• Photo with Erik by the No. 43 car on the grid
• Time on the pit box (rotated)
• Access to team scanners (shared)
• Viewing from designated team areas

All equipment must be returned at the end of the event.

• Shorts, sleeveless shirts, and open-toed shoes are permitted

Meet & greet locations are typically:

• Near Erik's personal camper
• Inside the garage area
• At a designated sponsor or partner setup

If you have any issues on race day:

Lunch food provided on site. Additionaly, most track infields have concession areas.
